On Sarasvati Puja, honor Sarasvati by learning something new.
The start of Spring (Vansanta), wear yellow, offer yellow flowers, symbol of spring, vitality, clarity and knowledge. Cook and eat yellow foods. Panchami is the 5th moon node (tithi) of the waxing moon (Shukla Paksha) in the month of Magha. The most auspicious day.
